Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Basic web profiling/research/verify customer information and update in RM (D365).
  • Create tickets and follow ups for new account creation in RM.
  • Supporting the sales department with other basic administrative tasks such as customer payment status, delivery status etc.
