Are you a talented and organized individual who loves assisting colleagues in their daily operations? Do you speak both Japanese and English fluently? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Support Assistant to help us expand our business in Japan!

The Job:

• Assist the enterprise sales team in Japan with administrative tasks, such as order processing, account management, etc.
• English to Japanese translations and proofreading for websites, marketing material, and emails.
• Communicate with customers in Japan to resolve any issues or inquiries they may have.
• Draft emails templates for prospecting new leads and nurturing existing clientele.
• Perform searches to data mine contacts in order to prepare target lists for the enterprise sales team.
• Perform market research on industry trends to provide insight to the enterprise sales teams on potential targets

• Native Japanese students / housewives / freelancers are encouraged to apply.
• Someone willing to work as an independent contractor / freelancer and able to commit between 40- 80 hours / month.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support or customer service roles is preferred.
• Proficient in Japanese and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
