Sales Support Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for delivery of product demonstration.
Responsible to respond to functional and technical elements of products.
Handle technical and engineering enquiries.
Provide first level of technical support and product selection to customer.
Monitor warranty claims with oversea headquarters.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experienced in 3D CAD Designs with Auto Cad.
Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Preferable with knowledge in power transmission or automation related industries.
1-2 years of experience.
Able to speak and write in English, BM (Mandarin optional)
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
