Job Description


  • Preferably with relevant academic qualifications and working experience or possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing.
  • At least 1 - 2 year working experience in sales
  • Fresh grads also encourage to apply
  • Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Skills:
  • Good working knowledge in using computerized DMS / ACCPAC software and MS Office
  • Good personality and communication skills.
  • Able to work independent.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support day to day trade activities such as updated daily and monthly sales report, pricing updated in system, maintaining information files and processing paperwork, analysis the sponsorship, entertainment has been incurred by the sales team vs actual sales.
  • Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them. (Responsible by the on-field team)
  • Handling calls for answer enquiry and complaint from customers, inform sales person any information updated by other department.
  • Check aging and print out statement and call customer chase for payment, inform updated information to customer and provide pricing details. (Collection responsibility fall under the on-field team)
  • Informs GM on the sales event or activities, outstanding issues with the related department.
  • Follow up with sales leader on monthly sales forecast quantity to purchasing dept for ordering of goods.
  • Close monitoring / follow up with purchasing and delivery status.
  • Close monitoring of par levels inventory for any ad-hoc sales and promotion activities.
  • Updates principal contract pricing to customer service department for billing with updated and correct pricing.
  • Monthly submission of customer contract claims invoices to Purchasing Department for their claim submission to Principal.
  • Work closely with sales leader to get approval from principal for special pricing billing to certain customers.
  • To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required, directed or instructed by superiors.
