The Sales Support Executive plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth operation of sales systems, successful project implementation, and data driven performance optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
i. Sales System Support & Troubleshooting
Provide daily support for sales systems and CRM platforms
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal or external teams for resolution
ii. Project Implementation & Support
Assist in the implementation of sales related projects, tools, and initiatives
Ensure timely execution and smooth rollout to sales users
iii. Performance & Data Analysis
Analyze sales performance data, reports, and KPIs
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to support sales effectiveness
iv. Process Improvement & Optimization
Review existing sales processes and workfl ows
Propose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
v. Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and IT teams
Act as a coordination point to ensure alignment across departments
vi. User Training & Ongoing Support
Conduct user training on sales systems, tools, and processes
Provide continuous support and guidance to sales team members
Job Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support, CRM support, sales operations, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented with a proactive and solution driven mindset

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
