Job Summary
To undertake administration and other duties that leave the sales team free to focus on busy.
To provide full support and coordination to assist in sales and rental team activities.
To ensure the adequacy of sales-related matter. eg: quotation, order and enquiry
Able to manage multiple jobs order and priorities simultaneously
Effectively manage on site event activities upon request.
To assists in tender preparation (if any)
Provide administrative and operational support.
Requirements:
Malay, English & Mandarin (is an advantage)
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skills: Administration, Coordinates, Tender, Operational support
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Others
