Sales Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support

Manage and maintain databases, customer records, and sales documentation. Handle incoming inquiries and provide information to clients and potential customers. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
2. Sales & Business Support

Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation. Assist in managing and coordinating sales activities within the Network & Marketing Department. Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to enhance sales growth.
3. Communication & Coordination

Coordinate with various departments (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth sales execution. Ensure timely and accurate communication of sales and marketing updates to relevant stakeholders.
4. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain an updated database of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends. Assist in forecasting sales trends and providing insights for business planning.
5. Other Duties

Provide general administrative support to the office as needed. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in marketing, business or equivalent. 1 Year(s) of working experience and fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature needed.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
