Responsibilities:

Department: Bulk Logistics

Responsible for creating job orders and coordinating with Sales and Customers with regard to Customers' orders. Responsible for coordinating local sales fitting schedule ie with Warehouse and Operations divisions (internal) and Depots, Shipping lines/Forwarders, hauliers etc (external). Assist in export shipments including documentations and liasing with external parties ie agents, customers, vendors, shipping lines, freight forwarders, haulage etc. Attending appointment with customers physically for business opportunity and development. Coordinate with current customer daily. Follow up customer's monthly sales. Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 & FSSC procedures

Requirements:

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. SPM holder with experience in Customer Service or logistic industry. Have experience in Sales & Marketing is an advantage. Strong interest in pursuing a career in logistics, shipping, or warehouse management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to communicate with the customers confidently and fulfill customer requirements. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and learn quickly.
