Product Knowledge:

• Develop a deep understanding of PureGen Water Sdn Bhd\'s product line.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product specifications.

Problem-Solving:

• Ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
• Proactive in anticipating and addressing potential challenges.

Responsibilities

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate with customers to gather necessary information and address queries.

Order Processing:

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Documentation:

• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of sales activities.
• Prepare and maintain customer files and records.

Customer Interaction:

• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide after-sales support and follow-up.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions.

Reporting:

• Generate regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Provide insights to the management team for strategic decision-making
