A bachelor\'s or associate\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field will be advantageous.
Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)Saturday (9am to 2pm or 1pm to 6pm) - Shift RotationResponsibilitiesThis position will be mainly support our group\'s subsidiary business company - Health & Beauty Industry.(i) Sales
Create and process orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for customer inquiries, and support Sales Team to follow up with customers as and when needed
Provide daily stock data and monthly debtor ageing and customer statements to the sales department.
Manage customer accounts, following up with customers for any administrative matters, and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and or any other issues.
Compile sales leads, and pass on leads to the appropriate sales person.
Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
Handle administrative duties for the Sales Dept and its executives and management teams.
Plus any other ad hoc support as needed for the Sales Dept
