Job Description
Position: Sales Support Executive
Salary range: RM 2300.00 - RM 3000.00 (Based on experience)
Job type: Contract (Convertible or renewable)
Working days & hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
Job scope:
- To manage all the tenders and contracts where the company is participating, negotiating and entering.
- To liaise internally in order to ensure the tender requirements meet clients\' expectations.
- Collect, study, understand and analyze tender documents for tendering activities.
- Attend to customer queries (RFI/ RFP/ RFQ/ BOQ/SOR) and provide a competitive quotation/ proposal.
- Negotiate with vendors, contractors and consultants to determine the price, technical specifications, contract terms and conditions.
- Maintain and update tender tracker as well as present information such as the status of submission to the management for review.
- Handling ePerolehan system
- Other administrative tasks
- Other responsibilities that the Supervisor will request from time to time.
- Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Human Resource/Psychology or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Resourceful and posses good critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong team player, with good interpersonal and communications skills.
- High resilience and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
