Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotation for customers.
- Order processing rental.
- Monitoring of stock inventory.
- Invoice compilation for specific customers, when required.
- Cooperating with external production and arrangement of stock level when required.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned Commercial Director or other officers as may be decided by the Company.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.
- Able to work independently and team work.
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Have experience in using SAP Business One (not a must)
