Position: Sales Support & Service Executive.
Salary: RM 3000-4000.
Location: Johor Baru,Taman Ponderosa.
Office Working hours: 9.00 am-6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Our client is a leading container shipping company in the Asian region. They are ranked as one of top15 in the global container shipping enterprises, operating not less than 95 vessels across 15 countries in intra-Asia market. Currently they have a permanent full-time position as a Container Shipping Sales Support & Service Executive within their Johor Baru branch office at Taman Ponderosa.
Job Scope & ResponsibilitiesThe primary client customer service role functions is to ensure client/customer logistics needs are communicated, delivered and fulfiled on timely basis. *Taking bookings from customers/clients and sending out booking confirmation.*Prepare and manage relevant internal and external import/export documentation (NOA/Bill of Lading/Manifest/DMDT/deposits).*Quoting freight rates and preparing and sending out written quotations; finalizing container and shipper details before vessel departure.*Keeping clients informed of vessel arrivals/departure updates.*Liaising/coordinating with overseas offices on shipping schedule.The candidate*Malaysian female with proficiency in English, BM and Mandarin.*Possess a bachelor degree in shipping management or business administration.*A minimum of 3-5 years customer service experience within a shipping line or agency.*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.*Good communication skills especially in English and Mandarin is essential with constant liaison with counterparts at HQ in China. *Excellent analytical and problem solving and follow-up skills with ability to foster relationships with customers.
