Job Description


Responsibility:

  • Provide support and assistance to end-users with any Salesforce CRM inquiries or issues.
  • Support the Regional CRM Manager on Salesforce CRM related project activities.
  • To support and be involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our Salesforce CRM program
  • Work closely with Grab Technical Solutions team on Salesforce CRM issue resolution or change request tickets.
  • Be a Salesforce CRM expert to our users
  • Extract and analyze Salesforce reports to aid decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with different teams/stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and customizations aligned with business requirements.
Requirement:
  • CRM user support experience
  • Tech savvy
  • Good communicator - ability to explain clearly to business and tech working stakeholders
  • Change management advocate
  • Self-motivated with a desire to contribute to a successful roll-out & maintenance of our Salesforce CRM platform
  • Salesforce CRM user support experience
  • Experience in drafting process flow charts
  • Experience working in tech/hyper-growth companies.
