Autoflo Technology is the sole distributor of 4 major European chemical equipment brands in Malaysia for the past 20 years. The brands we represent are Dosatron, Injecta, Fluimac and RLS Wacon, with products as varied as water-powered dosing pump, metering pumps, air operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps, centrifugal pumps, vertical pumps, etc.) as well as control and instrumentations to a wide segment of industries including chemical, glove, paper, food, automotive, printing, paint production, among others. • To prepare quotation: getting all necessary information from customer, sourcing for suppliers for the required equipment, service or solution according to the required specifications, preparing the costing and pricing
• Handle incoming enquiry by recording into CRM and forwarding it to the relevant sales person
• Coordinate with relevant team on regular basis for on-time system assembly and delivery of customers\' order while monitoring of project execution: cost, quality and time
• Send catalogues/brochures email to customers at the request of the sales person
• Regular update of customer\'s activities, enquiries, status, feedback, etc. on CRM as well as update of sales pipeline
• Track weekly and monthly sales activities and achievement of sales persons
• To prepare sales analysis and weekly/monthly sales report, order intake report, order on hand report, sales pipeline report, sales activity report, assembly status report for weekly/monthly sales team meeting
• Organise weekly/monthly sales team meeting
• Assist sales team with prospecting effort like appointment planning, etc. when required
• Assist sales team in following-up of order if required
• Support sales and marketing team with exhibitions

Profile

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in technical subjects like field of electrical, electronics, mechanical or similar
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the field of studies
• Able to understand electrical single line drawing and familiar with electrical components like MCB, relays, contactors, etc.
• Able to comprehend engineering requirement
• Enjoys a role with combination of commercial responsibility with technical knowledge
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Methodical, detailed-oriented and able to coordinate between different teams
  Good time and priority management skills
