Job Description
What You'll Do:
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes.
Train and mentor team members on Salesforce best practices.
Analyze data trends and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
Manage system upgrades, integrations, and user support.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Salesforce platform.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and APIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to lead projects from concept through execution.
Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
