We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Business Analyst with technical expertise

to join our team in Japan. This is a

dual-function role

that blends leadership with active technical involvement in supporting and optimizing business systems and processes.

Your Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

Provide hands-on support and solutions across ERP systems (primarily

Navision

and

Salesforce

) Lead and mentor a small local IT/business systems team Manage and resolve support incidents directly, including working in Navision, data migration/setup, integration tasks Oversee and contribute to

validation documentation

for

GxP compliance

and process standardization Drive documentation efforts for system/process validation and improvements Manage project deliverables and lead change management initiatives for IT-related activities Engage regularly with global and local stakeholders to optimize systems, improve processes, and prioritize business needs Balance leadership duties with day-to-day technical tasks as needed

To Qualify for the Role:

Proven experience as a

Business Analyst

with a

technical background

Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as

Navision

(preferred), Salesforce, or similar business platforms Demonstrated ability to lead a small technical or support team Strong

problem-solving skills

and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable juggling technical tasks, strategic planning, and people management Familiarity with

validation documentation

in GxP environments is a plus Excellent

communication and stakeholder engagement

skills Must be professionally fluent in

Japanese

and

English
