Description :
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns and prepare marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
- Actively seeking out prospects and sales opportunities.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions and conferences.
- Writing monthly reports on the sales performance.
- Handling complaints, negotiating the deals and taking feedbacks from the clients.

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department (Minimum 1 year, 3-5 years of experience is preferred).
- Candidates with Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree is preferred.
- Able to communicate and write in Mandarin, Malay & English.
- A result-driven and organized individual as well as possess excellent leadership skills and achieve sales KPI.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing and sales tactics.
