Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Kuala Lumpur with full flexibility for remote work. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting with potential clients, negotiating and closing deals, and managing accounts. Qualifications Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills Customer Service and Relationship Building abilities Experience in the Real Estate industry Ability to work independently and remotely Organizational and Time Management skills Effective Communication and Presentation skills *Actual and Expectations* It is a commission-based referral program where we pay based on the amount of people that have signed up with your link. We\'re looking to get more property agents to sign up for our platform so if you are a property agent yourself, you can try out the platform first before referring it to others within your team or agency. The pay is not just one-off, meaning that as long as your clients are still on the platform, we will be paying you every month and the amount will be based on their subscription plan.
