Job Title : SAP MM Consultant Job type : 1 year and extendable contract with Abhidi Solution seconded with our client Job mode : Hybrid Location : Shah Alam, Malaysia We are looking for an accomplished Senior SAP MM Consultant with over 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 full project cycles. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP MM solutions to align with our material management and procurement objectives. Responsibilities 1.Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP MM projects, leveraging expertise from at least 2 full project cycles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SAP MM solutions. Provide guidance and expertise throughout the design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases. 2.Procurement and Material Management: Configure SAP MM modules to support procurement processes, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and material master data. Implement and optimize material valuation, goods receipt, and inventory management. 3.Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure seamless integration with SAP MM. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data consistency across the SAP landscape. 4.User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP MM functionalities and best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user-reported issues. 5.Reporting and Analysis: Develop and implement reporting solutions using SAP MM reporting tools to monitor key procurement and material management metrics. Analyze data to provide insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making. 6.Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with procurement and material management best practices and industry standards. Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive material data. 7.Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the SAP MM landscape. Participate in regular reviews and audits to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of SAP MM processes. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certifications in SAP MM is advantageous. Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant with at least 2 full project cycles. In-depth knowledge of SAP MM modules, including procurement, inventory management, and material valuation. Proven experience leading SAP MM implementations and managing project teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Up-to-date knowledge of SAP MM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
