Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP PP projects, drawing from experience in at least 2 full project cycles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SAP PP solutions. Provide expertise and guidance throughout the design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases. 2. Production Planning and Execution: Configure SAP PP modules to support production planning, master data maintenance, and shop floor execution. Implement and optimize production schedules, capacity planning, and material requirements planning (MRP). 3. Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure seamless integration with SAP PP. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data consistency across the SAP landscape. 4. User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP PP functionalities and best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user-reported issues. 5. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and implement reporting solutions using SAP PP reporting tools to monitor key production metrics. Analyze production data to provide insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making 6. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with production planning best practices and industry standards. Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive production data. 7. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the SAP PP landscape. Participate in regular reviews and audits to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of SAP PP processes. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certifications in SAP PP is advantageous. Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP PP Consultant with at least 2 full project cycles. In-depth knowledge of SAP PP modules, including Production Planning, Shop Floor Execution, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Proven experience leading SAP PP implementations and managing project teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Up-to-date knowledge of SAP PP best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
