Knowledge of project management methods (e.g. PMM (PMI), CSV, GxP) confirmed by certificates. 2. Domain knowledge in business or technical areas in the Pharmaceutical Industry. 3. Experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service teams. Strategic management and leadership skills. 4. Communication skills and skills to cooperate with persons at different organisation levels. Influencing, persuasion and negotiations skills (different organisation levels). 5. Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. Readiness to travel depending on project/service needs. Key responsibilities 1. Ensure the implementation of complex SAP projects as per specifications (budget, time, quality standards, functional requirements and corporate rules). 2. Manage dispersed project teams. Build, maintain and manage relations with project stakeholders. 3. Identify business requirements concerning SAP projects and services, consulting and proposing solutions and be accountable for their delivery. 4. Performing tasks entrusted by the superior. Mandatory skills SAP project management from project initiation to deployment and project post go live support as per the project phases and required deliverables in the Roche Group Informatics' Project Management Methodology (PMM).
