About The Role Provide day-to-day operations and functional support to GFS team on FAM, CM, BCM related matters including but not limited to incidents and change request. Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional solution architecture team is aligned. Roles and Responsibilities: Managing and handling Project deliverables and meet the agreed timelines. Managing production incidents request and meet the agreed service level agreement. Managing production change request and deliver as per agreed timeline. Have experience in preparing documentation e.g., functional specification, unit test script, user acceptance test script etc. Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency in the end user base and act as an SAP ambassador. Support regional roll-out projects with SAP focus across the region. Solution Manager usage as per change management policy processes Working closely with FAM, CM & BCM Functional team & technical team Job Requirements: University / College graduate in IT or other relevant discipline Relevant SAP certifications 5-8 years of relevant experience in regional solution/system support with SAP focus across the ASPAC region Relevant experience in implementing IFRS solutions Strong understanding of Treasury and Risk Management, Cash Management, Bank Communication Management module in the areas of Transaction manager, MRA Have experienced implementing various Product types for money market, securities, derivatives, forex Able to implement FAM, CM, BCM module for new company code FAM/Treasury background and knowledge to manage communication with large investment operation user base SLA familiarity and performance driven work culture Good communication & presentation skills Good problem solving and analytical skills Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
