QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalents with min CGPA of 3.0
• Credit in SPM English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to appreciate IT based application, to design simple Operation Instruction manuals.
• To organize training on the manuals written, e.g., on Computer resetting.
• To update the manuals and record the changes/version based on feed back by AP.
• To assist Security Manager to document or draw up the training gaps/needs for technical support AP, source for appropriate training courses, organise inhouse training, recommend budget requirements for training needs based on the gaps.
• To understand the current application well, write instructions for data entry, develop standard input form on paper/online format (for remote applicant) to be used for entering information into the data base by AP/operator, train AP on data entry, write a back/recovery procedure for data in case of data corruption.
• Ability to appreciate Inventory (for technical maintenance) management, study stock consumption to estimate advance ordering of stocks, understand procurement procedure, understand bill of materials, appreciate alert large scale and timely order to reduce cost due to holding stock /economy of scale and other cost saving methods. Develop method of auditing stock level, with a proper table form being devised for key items.
• Good knowledge on application development, application system\'s design, in order to propose to or assist safety officer on s fault reporting requirements for CCTV/LPR/Alarm to be incorporated into SeACE. Create a prototyping to assist SeACE vendor to incorporate this feature into SeACE, draw a simple flowchart to help training the AP on the proposed system, implement, rollout, training and post implementation review. Assist in formulation SLA between SEB and maint vendor.
• To assist project team such going for site visit to various location, e.g., to conduct vendors\' safety/project scope briefing.
• To assist staff to prepare PTE, PTW, and contact the asset owner/relevant staff at site of the pending visit, to arrange the visit schedule, liaise closely with HSSE Sepro staff on organizing the schedule.
