Your New Role This role will require you to - Designing and Installation of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. Great exposure and knowledge of SCCM client installations, software distributions, remote control and other SCCM related issues. Managing client\'s windows patches/updates for the workstations and ensuring they are delegated to workstations in a timely and efficient manner. Developing and managing software update processes. Supporting over 5000+ SCCM Users. Fronting clients who require you to have good in-depth technical knowledge. Working on AWS Cloud Environment, not limited to AWS. You will require to set it up and execute it. End to end Implementations. Windows 11 Focus, OS Deployments, Application Packaging, and how to deploy it on a Global Scale. What you\'ll need to succeed - Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) for Win 10/11 and SCCM/Intune certification is added advantage Minimum 4 Years of experience working with SCCM. Deep knowledge in client computing (hardware and end users\' application), network and voice technologies Experience in configuring, operating, and optimising IT client services for a mission-critical business environment Experience with other MS System Centre applications desirable Good verbal and written communication skills, able to work in a team, possess cross-culture experience, project management skills and updating technical documentation as required.
