If you are interested share you resume Role: Scrum Master Location: KL Malaysia Job Scope: Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a squad team using Agile methodologies Coaches and mentors, the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics. Job Qualifications: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related discipline. With more than 6 years of experience playing the Scrum Master role for Agile development teams that were diligently applying Scrum principles, Kanban practices, and theory Experience in Agile Delivery Methodology With Scrum Master certification or equivalent (CSM, PSM I), (CSP, PSM II), Project Management Professional (PMP), ACP or SCRUM certification Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
