:Accenture is seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master Manager to lead our agile teams and drive successful project delivery across various industries. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and guiding Scrum Masters and teams to optimize their performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage a team of Scrum Masters, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices across multiple projectsFacilitate the Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while promoting a culture of continuous improvementWork closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to prioritize and clarify project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectivesFoster a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication, transparency, and trust among team membersMonitor team performance metrics and utilize them to assess and enhance team dynamics and efficiencyCoach and train Scrum Masters and team members on Agile methodologies, tools, and practices to improve overall project deliveryIdentify and resolve impediments that may hinder the teamxe2x80x99s progress, escalating issues as necessary to managementCollaborate with senior management to develop strategies for scaling Agile practices within the organizationStay current on Agile trends and best practices, bringing innovative solutions and ideas to the team and clientsFacilitate the transition from Waterfall to Agile where applicableKey Qualifications:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterxe2x80x99s degree preferredCertified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or other Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, etc.) are strongly preferredMinimum of 10 -12 years of experience managing projects in both Waterfall and Agile environmentsProven experience in successfully delivering projects in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Waterfall methodologiesStrong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience with various project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Rally)Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challengesExperience in coaching and training teams on Agile practices and Waterfall methodologiesWhy Accenture?At Accenture, we believe that our diverse and inclusive culture drives innovation and collective success.
