Your new role In this job, you\'ll be: Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Managing the team to deliver the best solution using collaborative approach Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile methods in their day-to-day development work and lifecycle. Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items using tools such as Jira or other similar ones Preparing and scheduling a sprint and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes What you\'ll need to succeed 2-3 years of Experience in Scrum Master or similar role Experienced in Team management using Agile methodology Excellent Project Management skills Certified Scrum Master, SAFe will be an added advantage.
