Work you\'ll do

• Collaborating with network architects to design and implement functional company networks.
• Responsible for managing a team and to work across the various regional IT teams to achieve objectives.
• Responsible for working with the infrastructure and application teams to maintain the uptime and accessibility to the other SEA offices.
• Ensure to provide solutions which complies to the security standards of the company.
• Support project requests and be able to contribute to regional and global projects.
• Support and improve our tools for continuous improvement to our network environment.
• To identify and analyze issues that impact performance of the network, and to work in close coordination with the application teams and other supporting teams and recommend resolutions.
• To consider and identify the discrepancies in the system, to assess the risks, and to implement solutions by adhering to the security standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of all procedures, and configurations pertaining to the various network environment and connectivity.
• Support security audits and IT audits for compliance purposes.
• Ensure to practice IT asset management inclusive of component inventory maintenance and associated documentation.
• Monitor the reachability of all connections within the network adhering to circuit restoral priorities and initiate troubleshooting to restore full network capability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science from local/overseas university is preferred.
• Previous working experience as a Network Manager for 5 year(s)
• (Preferable) Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco, Aruba, and IOS.
• Hands on experience in networking, routing, and switching.
• Familiarity with communication and routing protocols.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Broad understanding of technical problems and solutions with ability to implement the most advanced solutions.
• Good command in English, both verbal and written.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill to liaise with local peers, SEA, regional and global counterparts.
• (Optional) Knowledge of Cloud Computing is a plus.
