Develop, implement and continuously improve APAC streamlined talent development and talent management strategies that would ensure sustainability of the local internal talent marketplace that is relevant to business needs; partnering with key stakeholders in SEA, AGS, PAC, APAC and Global.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Identification of Key Talent Pool

Conducts regular discussions with key Business Leaders to be in the know of the business needs/strategies and how the talent strategies will need to be developed/adapted to meet the business needs

Consults and partners with HRBPs and TA to develop plans, processes and guidelines on hiring and identifying key talents to ensure that the pipeline and pool of key talent is always relevant to business needs and streamlined according to APAC standards

Organizes the interview and validation meetings for key talents identified. Works with their HRBPs and direct supervisors on the next steps and development plans for each individual

Uses data analytics to measure, track and monitor the key talent pool including key talent conversion rates, promotions etc.

Drives the execution of action plans with HRBPs, Managers and key Business Leaders to ensure that the pipeline, quality and relevance of the talent pool to business needs is sustainable

2. Development of Key Talent Pool

Partners with HRBPs and Managers to drive effective career conversations, mentoring, sponsorship and coaching programs

Keeps abreast of new trends, practices, methodologies and tools in talent management and talent development

Continuously improves existing and develops new talent development programs for key talents in consultation with the Learning Managers to create a holistic 70-20-10 learning experience

Creates, builds and maintains good relationships with Talent Managers and HRBPs Globally to be able to initiate key moves at the right time to create the right development experience for key talents

3. Performance Management, Talent Reviews & Succession Planning

Streamline performance management, talent reviews and succession planning process with other clusters to ensure consistency across APAC

Communicate, conduct briefings and provide guidelines on the performance management and succession planning process to stakeholders

Leverage on data analytics and feedback to identify cluster strategy for succession planning and talent reviews

Work with HRBPs and Managers to execute an effective leadership succession plan and talent review process

Consults with Total Rewards CoE to ensure alignment connectivity between performance management guidelines and calibration/bonus guidelines

4. Projects & Campaigns

Implementation and championing of the myHR Performance and Career system modules

Deploys Global Talent Management campaigns to SEA including Drive Your Career, Dialogue with Me, HR Competencies Assessment, Finance Competencies Assessment

APAC level transversal projects & campaigns would also be assigned from time to time

Are you a MATCH?

Are you a MATCH?

8-10 years of experience in an HR/Consultant role or as a Business leader

Solid practice of Leadership Talent Management and/or Talent Development

Deep understanding of leadership models, with a focus on learning agility

Experience of working in a multinational environment

Fluent English mandatory

Ability to read and/or write in other country local languages would be an added advantage

Project Management experience

Experience in practical Change Management Implementations

**We are open to consider candidates who are based in Singapore, Australia, Philippines or Indonesia, should the profile fits and is open to take up one (1) year Fixed Term Contract.
