Regional Talent Development Manager job opening within a Shared Service Centre Your new company My client is a world market leader in the chemical manufacturing industry. They have a Shared Service Centre based in Kuala Lumpur that is in charge of providing professional services to their business operations across the APAC region. Due to rapid expansion, they are seeking a Regional Talent Development Manager to drive initiatives and events across the APAC region. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with the Learning team, Talent Development Team, HRBP, Country HR/L&D, Regional HRBP Community to develop talent development initiatives in the region and support them based on service demand Customize the concepts and tools to the context of Asia Pacific and develop roll out strategy in the region. Project manage the solutions. Facilitate/deliver those solutions where necessary. Partner with Corporate Communications, collaborate with Learning team, Talent Development Team, L&D Community and D+I team, and other other HR functions including Talent Acquisitions, C&B, Operational Excellence etc. to develop internal communications with the purpose of promoting corporate values, self learning, use of online resources etc. What you\'ll need to succeed : Minimum 5 years of work experience related to talent management, learning and development and/or organizational development, combined with a strong execution and project management skill. Consultative in approach has a point of view but is open to others\' ideas strong drive for results and collaborates with others to get things done. Exhibits drive to identify improvement areas and solutions to the problem through bringing in external perspectives and previous experiences shows persistence and identify the best options to implement the changes even when there are obstacles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
