P & O Corporate Services (AS) PLT is located in Alor Setar, established since 1982, providing corporate secretarial and management consultancy services.Requirements:-
- Candidates must possess minimum STPM with 1 year related experience.
- Those with full / part ICSA qualification will be given preference. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Hardworking, good work attitude, willing to work overtime, independent, able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
- Internship placements are available throughout the year.Responsibilities :-
- To prepare resolutions, AGM / EGM , Annual Returns
- To prepare and submit statutory forms to SSM
- To carry out all others aspects of company secretarial functions.
