Duties & Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Completing bank account opening and signatory change forms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Completing company secretarial forms online and hardcopy for submission. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing simple Board resolutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compiling Board and meeting papers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Copying and preparing secretarial documents for certification as and when required by other departments in the Group. \xe2\x80\xa2 Filing document and doing other company secretarial and administrative duties. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or Business Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Very good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. \xe2\x80\xa2 1 or 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in administrative work or in Company Secretarial work will be an added advantage.
