P & O Corporate Services (AS) PLT is located in Alor Setar, established since 1982, providing corporate secretarial and management consultancy services. Requirements:-
\xe2\x80\x93 Candidates must possess minimum STPM with 1 year related experience.
\xe2\x80\x93 Those with full / part ICSA qualification will be given preference. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
\xe2\x80\x93 Hardworking, good work attitude, willing to work overtime, independent, able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure.
\xe2\x80\x93 Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
\xe2\x80\x93 Internship placements are available throughout the year. Responsibilities :-
\xe2\x80\x93 To prepare resolutions, AGM / EGM , Annual Returns
\xe2\x80\x93 To prepare and submit statutory forms to SSM
\xe2\x80\x93 To carry out all others aspects of company secretarial functions.
