To assist and perform company secretarial duties such as preparing resolutions; update minutes, register book and other statutory documents; filling of annual returns and financial statements; keeping datelines of the companies and preparing documents to lodge with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority, Singapore (\xe2\x80\x9cACRA\xe2\x80\x9d) & Companies Commission of Malaysia (\xe2\x80\x9cCCM\xe2\x80\x9d)
To arrange for signatures on resolutions or minutes or documents, including follow-up and filing of the same in the minutes books or relevant files
To liaise with external regulators, relevant authorities, and advisors such as ACRA, SGX-ST, CCM, lawyers, auditors and etc
To ensure that the statutory records or registers are properly kept and updated within the statutory periods and maintenance of legal documents (including daily secretarial filings)
Perform any other tasks assigned related to the job from time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Corporate Administration / Business Administration or is at the final stage of completing an ICSA course or equivalent qualification
Candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision on a day-to-day basis
Conversant with the Companies Act 1967, Singapore & Companies Act 2016, Malaysia and familiar with the regulatory and reporting requirements
Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills both oral and written in English
Meticulous and organized individual with initiative
