Independently managing a team in delivering high quality corporate secretarial services to clients, maintaining high level clients\xe2\x80\x99 services and to ensure timely progression of workflow.
Monitor/review the work of subordinates and monitor compliance with submission deadlines.
Ensure companies\xe2\x80\x99 registers and statutory records are accurate and up-to-date.
Attend Board meetings and members meetings of clients and others as required, and undertake preparation of meeting notice, agenda and minutes.
Draft/review announcements of public listed companies and prepare/review annual reports and circulars of public listed companies.
Develop technical competencies of subordinates.
Requirements :
ICSA qualification or pursuing ICSA course or Licensed Secretary.
Candidate with Degree in Law, Corporate Administration, Business Administration or in other relevant disciplines are encouraged to apply.
5 to 7 years of working experience in company secretarial practice and able to work with minimum supervision and independently manage a portfolio of clients with strong sense of integrity and trust.
Experience in handling clientele of public listed companies, well versed in Companies
Act 2016 and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Mature, proactive and self driven.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Entrepreneurially driven and able to establish excellent clients and staff relations.
Strong sense of integrity and good working attitude.
