The incumbent will therefore be responsible as below, including, but not limited to:
Act as a liaison officer and serve as the sole point of contact for the respective division or department
Coordinate the logistic and other matters related to Head\'s official duty trip
Prepare reimbursement for official duty and others related i.e. corporate banquets, handphone
Handling e-mails/memo/letters on behalf of Head (upon approval) to the internal or external parties
Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions
Protect the reputation and integrity of others through strict confidentiality
Maintain filing systems for records, correspondence and other material
Maintain schedules and calendars, arrange and confirm appointments
Assist in managing projects, as assigned, and contribute to team work
Organise, coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangement
Handle incoming and outgoing mails and other materials
Manage correspondence, reports and documents
Any ad-hoc task which is required by the division or department
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Good oral and written communication skills in Malay and English
Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organisational and time management skills
Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Malaysian citizen
Not below 21 years old on the closing date of application
Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level
Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration/Office Management/Secretarial or equivalent which is recognized by the Government from any local or abroad higher learning institution.
Professional Secretarial Certificate will be an added advantage
Minimum five (5) years of relevant working experience
