Responsibilities:

• Schedule meeting and manage calendars
• Coordinate and ensure smooth running of meetings, take accurate and comprehensive notes at the meetings. Prepare minutes of meeting and follow up on pending matters
• Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
• Compile and prepare reports, presentations as and when necessary
• Organize and manage confidential documents, records and maintain a systematic filing for smooth data retrieving
• Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
• Assist superior on all his monthly business and personal claims reimbursement
• Perform Bahasa Malaysia translation for superior as and when required. The translation can be from English/Chinese to Bahasa Malaysia or vice versa
• Supervise day-to-day office administrative matters e.g. source for office supplies, despatch service, take care of office cleanliness, etc
• Help with daily time management. Always send reminder on important tasks and deadlines

Requirements :

• Diploma in Secretarial, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience serving for senior management level.
• Active listening & good communication skills
• Good verbal and written of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
• Tech-savvy and experience with Microsoft Window and email programs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
