Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collects and collates records as part of formally conducted and planned audits of information and communications technology applications.
• Examines records as part of specified testing strategies for evidence of compliance with management directives, or the identification of abnormal occurrences.
• Maintains awareness of the implication of any legislation or other external regulations which affect security within any defined scope of activity.
• Investigates and reconciles violation reports and loggings generated by automated policing mechanisms in accordance with established procedures and security standards.
• Assists users in defining their needs for new access rights and privileges, and operates and administers logical access controls and directly associated security services relating to all platforms used in order to provide continuous and secure access to information services.
• Conducts security control reviews in well-defined areas
• Progresses status of changes with service departments to ensure data is current.

What We Are Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what\'s next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• Studying for either an accountancy, audit, or IT Security related qualification.
• Minimal 2 years in IT Security related skills and experience.
• Fresh Graduates from IT Security field are also encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Good in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with ICT concepts, with some exposure as either an application end-user, or as a practitioner.
• Good analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
