Why does this job exist and why is it critical Lead the overall network security framework and plan security road-map for 5G, Telco Cloud, and NFV & IOT for coming 1 to 3 years. Responsible for end-to-end high level network design and cyber-security that supports both network and ISD network. Manage security related network evolution e.g. Cyber-security and technical development to support company businesses\' growth and key company initiatives and product launches. What are you accountable for Responsible to lay out a set of security design principles, and a set of security functions and mechanisms to implement the security controls needed to achieve stated security objective for 5G Core , Telco Cloud , NFV and IoT. Determines security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements evaluate/develop/continuous review/improve existing information security standards/process conducting system security and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments structure the security requirement of all platform architecture identifying integration issues preparing cost estimates. Ensure water-tight network security by evaluating and proposing practical solution related to access control , anti-malware , application security , behavioural analytics , data loss prevention ,firewalls , intrusion detection and prevention , mobile device and wireless security , network segmentation , network information and event management (SIEM) , VPN and Web Application Security. The firewalls include Network (SGI) Firewalls , Web Application Firewall , Database Firewall , unified threat firewall , Cloud Firewalls , Container Firewalls and Network Segmentation Firewall. Implements network security systems by specifying protection, detection and reaction methodologies preparing preventive and reactive measures using software, hardware tools and any equipment and completing network security documentation. Deploy tool to keep track what is happening in the network and prepares system security reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends. Secure the Network Security by planning, implementing, and testing security systems. Plans security systems by evaluating network and security technologies developing requirements for local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), routers, firewalls, and related security and network devices. To continuously upgrades security systems by monitoring security environment identifying security gaps evaluating and implementing enhancements. Single point of contact for network security design/planning related matter and liaison with other departments Subject Matter Experts/Business Units on security design and implementation requirements. Plan, manage and execute the department\'s security Annual Operations Plan (AOP) and budget. Implementing the organization\'s information security policies and procedures as per the Security policy & guideline Manage & coordinate security compliance activities, risk assessments and remediation of identified control deficiencies Monitor & manage internal control systems to ensure that appropriate level of control & compliance What you need to have for this role Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering, specializing in IP Networking (TCP/IP) and Network/System and Cloud Security Total Relevant Experience: 7 to 10 years in designing & deploying Firewall, IPS & VPN in telecom or large-scale data centre network Good understanding in network and system security concepts Hands-on experience in Firewall, IPS, VPN, Cloud Security etc. Hands-on experience in TCP/IP networking Good project management skills Certification in either CEH(certified ethical hacking), CISM, CompTIA Security+, CCISP and/or GSEC(GIAC Security Essential) will be added advantage What\'s next Once you\'ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
