The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia\xe2\x80\x99s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space will include a 10-acre rooftop park.

We are looking for build our mall team and would like to invite aspiring individuals to apply for the following role:

Security Executive
The Security Executive of Mall and Development ensure the safety of everyone at the mall and precent. They work for asset or the properties itself, patrolling and establishing task to the outsource security within the asset and the premises, checking surveillance equipment, and removing those who pose a threat. He and the team assist during emergencies and contact law enforcement when required. Your duties include but to limited to the following:
Security Operations:

• 
  Monitor and ensure compliance on BOMBA, POLICE, Local Authority regulations and Safety & Security Manual compliance especially on threat, burglary, theft & fraud, crime, access control, robbery, public order, distress situation also below grade with 360 precent monitoring.
• 
  To identify potential security \xe2\x80\x9cthreats\xe2\x80\x9d and propose remedial actions/measure to the Security, EHS & Operations Facility Management.
• 
  Manage and assist Fire Command Centre (FCC) daily operations and response to any emergency situations and proper register and document it.
• 
  Manage, train and supervise outsource security personnel.
• 
  Always spearhead in demonstrating high customer service orientation.
• 
  To conduct safety & security related training to Outsource Security Personnel to ensure comply requirement and interval from time to time.
• 
  Write comprehensive incident reports and risk register via electronic or manual registration.
• 
  Maintains utmost confidentiality, discretions and able to make relevant judgement.
• 
  Ensure that the teams follow Security, KDN Private Agency License Act 1971
• 
  First responder to security and building related incident and to assist with Assistant Security Manager and Head of Security to carryout investigation by gather relevant information and recommend prevention action and counter measure to prevent the similar occurrence.

Requirements

• 
  Possess at least 2 to 3 years of operations, Shopping Centre as well as building Safety and Security experience.
• 
  Possess at least SPM or experience in or services with Police (PDRM) or relevant Authorities.
• 
  Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• 
  Computer literate.
• 
  Knowledge of local laws and regulations on safety and security related.
• 
  Knowledge of Private Security Act 1971-KDN and able to handle outsource security operation for the asset.
• 
  Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships at all levels.
• 
  Proactive, independent, team player, organised, work under pressure and to meet deadline in multi-tasking environment.
• 
  Able to work in 3 rotating shift 24x7 (based on their roster), weekends and Public Holidays. May require to work overtime based on scheduled and emergency call off support shift or any \xe2\x80\x9cJust In Case \xe2\x80\x9csituations.
