s: \xe2\x80\xa2 Review performance of security contractors, daily operations and security system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor CCTV Control Room \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain security and safety strategies, policies, guidelines, procedures and systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop fire drill SOP and conduct from start to end on each dedicated property. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and advise management on security and safety threat levels including crisis management practices and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform and provide security advice, audits and investigations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be able to handle security and safety emergencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Close liaison with relevant authorities including Police, Bomba and DBKL. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain excellent relationships at all levels of the business operations and tenant relation including customers and external security related authorities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Main liaison person between Management and outsourced Security Contractor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to conduct investigative work, document security processes and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to conduct induction briefings and carry out guidelines as per the OSHA guidelines. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of working experience in security management \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Melayu. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and is able to write reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good interpersonal & communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Well-versed with security, safety and fire-fighting systems and procedures in high rise buildings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership skills and able to train, lead and supervise a large contingent of security personnel
