Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in Security Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in similar field and managing a team, preferably with Shopping Centre experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with positive attitude and good problem solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work well with all levels of staff.
• Excellent command of language both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work and follows retails shift working hours.
• Covid-19 fully vaccinated.

• Lead and manage the security team in enforcing procedures, rules and regulations related to the protection of company property, customers and staff, and to ensure strict compliance.
• Oversee and plan security policies and procedures that are specific to the department store business.
• Investigate all security incidents/violations and develops corrective and preventive actions pertaining to these incidents.
• Daily inspection of CCTV camera recording and analyze daily security operation.
• Ensure patrolling done and report on daily basis.
