Operate production machines and equipment according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
Start up, run, and shut down machines safely.
Adjust machine settings when necessary to maintain product quality.
2. Production & Assembly
Perform assembly, packing, or processing tasks as required.
Ensure production targets and output requirements are met.
Follow work instructions and process guidelines accurately.
3. Quality Control
Conduct visual checks and basic measurements to ensure product quality.
Report any defects, deviations, or abnormalities immediately.
Assist quality inspectors during audits or sampling checks.
4. Safety & Housekeeping
Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and 5S/housekeeping standards.
Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure tools and materials are organized.
Report unsafe conditions, machine issues, or hazards.
5. Equipment & Material Handling
Load raw materials, components, or packaging materials into machines.
Ensure correct labels, batch numbers, and materials are used.
Support basic machine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Record production data such as output, waste, machine downtime, and material usage.
Complete daily checklists, logbooks, or production forms.
Communicate issues to the supervisor clearly during shift handover.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum education: SPM or equivalent.
Experience in manufacturing or production line is an advantage (not required).
Able to work on rotating shifts (day/night).
Basic understanding of machine operations and safety procedures.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
