Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Access Control

Monitor and control entry/exit points for employees, contractors, and visitors. Verify identification, issue visitor passes, and maintain access logs. Ensure all vehicles entering/exiting the premises follow security protocols.

2. Surveillance & Monitoring

Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and security equipment. Identify suspicious behavior or unauthorized activities and report immediately. Conduct regular patrols around the plant, warehouse, and external areas.

3. Protection of Assets & Property

Safeguard machinery, equipment, raw materials, and finished goods. Prevent theft, vandalism, and property damage. Ensure proper sealing, checking, and documentation of outgoing goods.

4. Safety & Emergency Response

Respond quickly to emergencies such as fire, accidents, or medical issues. Assist in evacuation procedures and coordinate with emergency services. Report hazards such as unsafe acts, chemical leaks, or equipment failure.

5. Compliance & Reporting

Enforce company rules, safety regulations, and security policies. Prepare daily reports, incident logs, and handover notes. Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities when required.

6. Support to Operations

Assist during loading/unloading activities by monitoring safety compliance. Manage crowd control during shift changes and high-traffic periods. Provide escort service for VIPs, visitors, or sensitive materials.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Previous experience in security or military/law enforcement is an advantage. Physically fit and able to work long shifts, including night shifts and weekends. Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control) preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to handle conflicts professionally. Ability to follow SOPs and work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
