Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly at the resort entrance and maintain a professional, friendly presence at all times. Ensure guest safety, comfort, and security throughout their stay. Monitor and control the movement of guests, visitors, contractors, and suppliers (log book & gate pass). Report suspicious activities or persons immediately. Handle incident reports (theft, accidents, injuries) and assist guests with police reports if required. Maintain presence at the security guard post and ensure flags are properly raised. Safeguard cash movement for Accounts & Front Office departments. Ensure safety for all resort areas, including swimming pool and beach. Organize parking areas and control traffic flow. Maintain proper documentation, key systems, and follow company policies. Inspect and ensure all security equipment is in good working condition. Perform routine patrols using the checkpoint system (minimum 2 patrols per shift). Liaise with local police, fire department, and nearby hospital when needed. Inspect log of entry/exit for personnel, materials, and vehicles at start and end of each shift. Patrol resort areas, ensuring all doors, stairwells, and access points are secure. Monitor security cameras, alarms, and surveillance systems. Alert supervisors/guests of any potential danger. Record all shift activities in the logbook.
