Fusion Center Operator(Regional Role)

Overall responsibilities: Mainly handle alarm monitoring systems on a day-to-day basis and respond to incidents in a timely manner. The role requires to familiarize with the web-based incident report application, online telephone systems, email, and other supporting tools. Team members are required in supporting shift leads with crisis event analysis, incident reports, and communicate with respective stakeholders via communication tools (MS Teams, email, etc.). The role requires the personnel to support on a 12 hours basis as well as a support team member during holidays. The working time will be 8 \xe2\x80\x93 8 (4 working days & 2 days off) The area of coverage for the role is to support the AP-Japan-China region (12 countries with 46 sites). Requirements: The role is open to STPM / Diploma holders who are encouraged to apply. Background from security, supply chain security, and corporate communication is a priority. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Ability to perform multi-task such as dissemination of information, sites updates, incident response, monitoring of geo risks, and intelligence gathering.
