Responsibilities

• Responsible for all security management pertaining to the Company as well as managing, training and assessing performance of the entire security personnel. Assisting in developing and maintaining the security policies and procedures to safeguard the company properties and its employees.
• Support superior in managing day to day security operations.
• Manage a group of in-house and outsourced security personnel in daily security operations e.g. access control, perimeter patrol, warehouse security, CCTV management, movement of goods and loss investigation activities.
• Prevent any security breach and to conduct investigation of any abnormalities within the factory and prepare an incident report.
• To oversee the Security guard/leader daily responsible in controlling and performing their duties as to maintain high standard of security presence and discipline.
• Conduct other general security and ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
• Conducting interviews with potential witnesses and the subjects of investigations.
• Manage the complaints system to ensure that all complaints communicated are carefully handled and appropriate follow-up action is taken.
• Liaise with internal and external parties including local law and other enforcement authorities, as necessary to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the investigation process.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as property damage, theft, present and unusual occurrences.
• Enforcement and implementation of security policies set by the company.
• Conduct training to the subordinates on a weekly basis and documented.
• Liaise with Government Authorities, Police and Municipal Councils and to maintain a good rapport.
• To supervise and motivate subordinates to achieve the departmental goals through the set of values of the company.
