\xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining a safe and secure environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property. \xe2\x80\xa2 Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report in detail any suspicious incidents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Patrol regularly building and perimeter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.
