: Defining, implementing and executing the overall growth strategy for Korea Cross Border operating markets, including assortment expansion, seller migration, wishlist brand acquisition, focus category growth Analysing and monitoring Southeast Asia, Taiwan and other fast-growing market and industry trends closely to derive insights for competitive pricing, assortment and ensure stock availability of key merchants and share insights with teams by creating relative materials Tracking and monitoring data daily for timely discoveries or identification of any opportunities or related issues, and leading the team to develop and implement applicable solutions Raising, tackling and following up on market issues that Korea sellers are experiencing Cooperating with other teams to lead and execute projects successfully such as new channel business or government campaigns Identifying and establishing sellers\' growth drivers in team by seller module, seller type and category Building sellers\' sales strategy by possessing a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and cross-border e-commerce dynamics to identify opportunities for revenue generation and business expansion with relationship managers Continuously sourcing for the right sellers who have growth potential and applying success strategy by category and seller type Responsible for the market and seller module\'s growth KPIs Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree with at least 1 year of e-commerce experience with more than 5 years of working experience preferred Bilingual in both Korean and English with strong communication skills to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders Self-driven and results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets Excellent data and business analysis capabilities, familiar with various data analysis tools Possess strong problem-solving, project management and communication skills Demonstrated commercial sense and understanding of cross-border e-commerce dynamics Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a plus
